Opening ScorebuddyCX BI displays the Standard Reports Dossier, which contains pre-built reports. These default reports are not editable. However, custom visualisations can be created within the Standard Reports Dossier.
Chapters
The Standard Reports Dossier is made up of 5 Chapters, accessible via the Chapter toolbar. This works as a library-style dropdown system.
Chapters are split by date option. Which chapter you use depends on the date logic your organisation uses for reporting. Each Chapter is defined by one of the following date types:
By Score Date — Filtered by the time and date of the evaluation
By Event Date — Filtered by the time and date of the event (call, email, chat, etc.)
By Last Edit Date — Filtered by the last time a scorecard was edited
By Calibration Date — Filtered by the date of calibration
By Task Creation Date — Filtered by the date a task was created
Pages
Clicking on a Chapter title displays its Pages. Pages contain individual report dashboards and are where visualisations can be built.
