There are two user levels in ScorebuddyCX BI, Viewer and Power User:

To view the User Types who have access to view ScorebuddyCX BI, go to the Admin > Users > User Types:

An easy rule of thumb is, any user who has access to Analytics also has access to view ScorebuddyCX BI.

Note: Access is restricted by Group and Team level. Viewers should only be able to see data related to their Groups and Team.

Power Users have the ability to edit and build reports across all Groups and Teams.

A Power User license can only be granted to a user with Global Admin access in ScorebuddyCX.

A lightning bolt symbol beside the Global Admin's name signifies that they have Power User access. This can be seen under Admin > Users:
