After adding the Employees to the Scorebuddy platform, in order for them to be able to see their results, the Employees' access needs to be enabled.
If the admin uses the Advanced mode of the Staff upload, the Employees' access can be enabled at the same time as their addition to the platform.
If the Employees are already added but their access is disabled, there are two options: manual or bulk activation.
In order to activate each Employee’s access, one at a time, the admin should go to Staff > Employees - click on the ‘Off’ button in the Access column. This will send an email to the staff member with a web link to log in and view their own scores. (If using the Agent Dashboard module this will allow access to their Personal Dashboard).
The bright yellow button symbol (pending activation)
indicates that the ‘Off’ button was pressed, and a notification was sent to the Employee’s e-mail address with an activation link but the Employee did not click on that link. If needed, this e-mail can be resent by clicking on the pending activation symbol.
Using the Multi-Edit option, the admin can give bulk access to several Employees. The Multi-Edit feature is found when you select the employees by ticking the box to the left of their name.
Once you click the Multi-Edit button, a pop-up box will appear with options for you to be able to edit these employees in bulk.
