To enter text for your Question just click onto the text field until the cursor appears. You can expand/reduce this field by clicking and dragging from the bottom right corner

You can assign each question to a Section (find out more on Sections here) using the drop down to the right of the text field.

Clicking 'Answers' will allow you to define your answers for a particular question. By default two fields are available but you can add further fields by clicking '+ Add answer choice'.
If you wish to remove an answer field, just click the 'X' icon to the right of the answer.
Click 'Save Answers' once done.

You may use differing answer choices and/or numbers of answer choices for each question.
If, however, you wish to use the same answer choices for all questions (or at least the majority) click 'Copy' on the far right of the question row and confirm this in the dialogue box which appears.

This action copies that Questions answer choices to every other question in your scorecard. You can then make edits to those few which require different answer choices, if necessary.

The question you are trying to edit is assigned to a Compliance Section (find out more here).
It is not possible to change the number of answer choices or answer choice text for Compliance type questions.

Increase the value in the 'No of Questions' field by the amount of questions you would like to add.
These rows will then be added to the end of your Scorecard where you can input question text/answer choices as necessary.

Alternatively, you are able to click on the 'Add Questions' button located below the final question.

Click 'Delete' in the top right of the question row for any questions you would like to remove from your Scorecard. This will remove the question/answer choice/section details for this question. Do this for each question you would like to remove from your Scorecard.

Now click 'Save Scorecard' at the top of the page. A dialogue pop up will advise how many blank question rows are in your Scorecard and ask if you would like to remove these. Do so by clicking 'OK'

Hover over the question number (Q1 etc) until you see the 'move' icon appear (✥). Click and drag your question up/down to the appropriate location and release your mouse button for it to 'snap' into place.
