To create a Non-Numeric Scorecard the same steps as for a Standard Scorecard will be followed:
Add a New Scorecard selecting as Type: Non-Numeric.
Design the Scorecard Sections.
Build your Questions and assign Answer Choices to Questions.
Apply Weightings and set the Target score.
Customize Scorecard Settings and enable the setting ‘Display as Non-Numeric’ configuring also the different thresholds by clicking on the hyperlink 'Click here to configure non-numeric view'.
When adding a new non-numeric threshold you will be required to set the operator (Above, Below, Equal to), a score, a label and a colour for the label to appear.
Note:
The Non-Numeric thresholds which are set are displayed to agents within their dashboard. For Supervisors and Admins accessing reports, the percentage result attained will be displayed.
