How are Non-applicable (N/As) outcomes weighted?

For the weighting of Non-Applicable answer choices, there are 2 options to choose from.

  1. Same weighting as the positive answer choice (value of 1 in the corresponding Multiplier box).

  2. Non-Applicable (N/A) answer choice is scored at zero value and the maximum card score is reduced by the value of that question to neutralize the scoring impact. What happens in fact is that the question is taken out of the scorecard and the maximum score is re-calculated accordingly. For this type of behavior, you will need the value of 0 in the Multiplier box, and the N/A box from the N/A column needs to be ticked off (as you can see below)
