Scorebuddy uses strong encryption!
When your browser talks to Scorebuddy, and vice-versa, the conversation is encrypted to make sure no one can "listen in". That encryption is called TLS, and so far there are three versions of it. Those are: TLSv1, TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2
Scorebuddy strictly uses the latest version (TLSv1.2), but surprisingly, older versions of Internet Explorer ships out-of-the-box, with support for all three, but only TLSv1 enabled. To fix this problem, we just have to enable the other two. To do that, simply follow these instructions:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools and select Internet Options.
Select the Advanced tab in Internet Options
Enable(check) TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 and also disable (uncheck) SSL 3.0 for additional security
Click on Apply and OK to complete the procedure
Reload Scorebuddy.
If the problem persists, while we in Scorebuddy would be more than happy to help get you back up and running, you will most likely need to ask your internal IT Team to have a quick look.
