Depending on your browser, you might get a message similar to one the following errors:

Firefox | This proxy server is refusing connections |
Usually this error is a result of your own company's network disallowing the connection to Scorebuddy. Contact your IT Team with the details below and this should be straightforward for them to resolve.
The most common fix is to make sure your browser proxy settings are correct, and to make sure your IT Team configures your network to allow connections to the IP addresses 195.218.118.68 and 176.34.232.124.
If your IT Team are still scratching their heads then contact your Customer Success Executive by raising a ticket, and we can see if we can point them in the right direction.
