Not all users can access all functions in Scorebuddy. You can check out what users have access to what functions in the article found here and the Access Matrix below.

Data protection is one of Scorebuddy's core principles. We don't share data with users inside an organization who have not been granted access to it, the very same way we would not share it with users outside the organization who have not been granted access to it!

If you review the Access Matrix below, and your profile type does not have access to an area that you need to use, then you will need to speak with a Scorebuddy Global Admin within your organization who may be able to change your profile type.

Unfortunately, Scorebuddy staff will not be able to change your profile type for you.
