The Group is the highest level in the Scorebuddy structure, multiple Teams can be assigned to Groups. Scorecards are assigned to Groups so that they can be accessed for scoring by any Supervisor of a team(s) in that Group.

When setting up Groups and Teams, the admin should have in mind 2 main considerations:

  • Reporting

  • Access permissions

Scorebuddy reporting will be based on the Groups and Teams.

Access permissions should be also considered in order to separate and limit the access of the different people.

You may group by division or location (or a client if you are an outsourcer/BPO), where a Team is a department or function within a Group but always keep in mind reporting and permissions.
