If I delete an Employee/Supervisor will I lose their result data?
No.
Result data (completed scores) will never be deleted unless you manually delete them via Score Log. You will still be able to access the results created for deleted Employees or those created by deleted Supervisor via Reports/Analytics/.
Will I still be able to report on the result data of deleted Employees/Supervisors?
Yes.
All data associated with the results will still be included in all reports within Scorebuddy. You will also still be able to use the Employee/Supervisors name in the filter criteria.
Am I able to restore deleted Employees/Supervisors?
Yes.
There is an option to do this behind the 'More' drop down under the respective Employee/Supervisor tabs of the Staff page.
Restoring your deleted Employee/Staff member will restore all their staff profile data with the exception of:
Their profile picture
Their access password (you will need to re-send the access invite email in order to re-enable their access, find out how here)
What does change if I delete an Employee/Supervisor?
You will not be able to Edit the existing scores for this deleted Employee.
Opening their results on the Edit Score page will highlight that this Employee was deleted and their name will no longer be populated in the Employee dropdown. If you attempt to save any changes you have made, you will be unable to do so.
You will not be able to Edit scores where your deleted Supervisor was recorded in the Supervisor Dropdown
In a manner similar to the case of Employees, if you attempt to edit a result where your deleted Supervisor was recorded as the Supervisor in the dropdown you will be unable to do so as this field is no longer populated with their name and cannot be selected again.
Note: Any results created by your deleted Supervisor will still be editable, unless a deleted Employee/Supervisor appears in the respective fields of those results.
Your deleted Supervisor will no longer appear on your Team/Group/Global dashboards
Whilst their data can still be accessed in Reports/Analytics, your deleted Supervisor will no longer appear on your Admin dashboards
