The Inbox is a Scorebuddy internal messaging service that is available to send messages to other users on the system. Users will also receive various notifications via the Inbox.
Employees
Employees will be able to send messages to their supervisor and will also get notifications when:
a score for them is entered on the system
a supervisor reviews a one to one request
a score is edited
a task is assigned to them
they are enrolled in a new course
Supervisors and Admins
Supervisors will be able to send messages to any employee and also to other supervisors or admins on the system, they also have the ability to send messages to multiple parties, including, to a Group, or a Team
They will receive notifications when:
an employee accepts a score
an employee requests a one-to-one
an employee leaves a comment on a score
a task is assigned to them
they are enrolled in a new course
