The last tab in the Team Admin ribbon, Goals, allows the user to set goals/targets/coaching opportunities for the Team/Teams, Supervisors and Employees associated with their profile.

By clicking on the trophy icon, the user can set goals/targets/coaching opportunities. The user can also edit the current goals or add new ones.
