The Group Admin Dashboard is one of the admin-type dashboards with the Agent Insight additional module. The Group Admins are able to drill down to the Dashboards of the Supervisors and then further down to the Agents' Dashboard.
The Group Admin will see the results for the group or groups assigned to her/him according to the selected filter options and an Inbox will be available for e-mail notifications and e-mail exchanges.
The Group Admin will have an overview of their group performance based on the following metrics: Group average percentage, count of Fail Section answers, count of Fail All answers, count of Kudos points, Supervisor's team average percentage, count of results created.
The table will include the list of all Supervisors in the group with data (engagement data) for each supervisor's team:
Employees: count of employees assigned to the Supervisor
Results: count of results created for the Employees assigned to the Supervisor
Viewed: count of results viewed by the Employees
Accepted: count of results accepted by the Employees
1:1 : count of results with one to one requests from Employees
Reviewed : count of results which were marked as reviewed following a coaching/feedback meeting between Supervisor and Employee
The Group Admin can export the table data to an Excel file (Download XLS option is at the bottom left corner).
