The data which appears on the Global, Group and Team dashboards can be filtered. These filters affect the data which is used in the Group Score/Fail Section etc. panes, as well as the "by Supervisor" breakout table which appears beneath them.
Two buttons are available on the page which allow the data to be filtered. "Date" and "Filter"
Date
Click the "Date" filter to pop out the dropdown.
Click any of the intervals (Last 7 Days, This Month etc) to refresh the page and view your filtered data.
If you would like to set your own date range by which to filter the data, click "Custom Range". This will pop out a two month view date picker. Select your From Date, followed by your To Date to refresh the page and view your data filtered based on the date range you have selected.
Filter
Click "Filter" to pop out the Group/Team and other criteria filter.
Select the Groups and Teams you would like to use as filters. This is a multi-select filter field. Bear in mind that the Teams which will appear in the "Team" field will depend on the Groups selected in the "Group" field.
The "Filter By" dropdown will determine whether the date range you have selected to filter by is filtering results based on their Score Date, Event Date or Last Edit Date.
"Hide Zero" determines whether Supervisors who do not have any results associated with them which match your given criteria are still shown in the breakout table or not.
Click "Apply" to refresh the page with your given filter criteria applied.
