The "Filter" button is found in the top right of the page in every Analytics report. Click the button to pop up the filter selection window.

Applying filters to your report controls which results will be used when calculating the report. In the example the 1.1 Overall Staff Trend report is being filtered to only use results which were recorded on two particular scorecards and where Hunter Kellaway was the Supervisor recorded on the result. The values which are then reported will calculate using only results which meet the provided criteria.

Different filter criteria will be available per report, dependent on the report logic (and more may be exposed by clicking Show Advanced Filters in the top right of the filter dialogue box). A brief summary of each filter criteria which may be available is found below.

Date Range - The date range within which the results used in the report are recorded.
Filter By - Whether the Score Date (the hard captured date upon which the result was submitted), the Event Date (a value assigned on the scorecard by the evaluator; often correlating to the date on which the interaction being evaluated took place) or the Last Edit Date (the last date upon which an edit was made to the result; if no edit is ever made this will be the same as the Score Date) is the date used when considering the Date Range.
Group - Only results which are recorded against a particular Group will be used in the calculation of the report.
Teams - Only results which are recorded against a particular Team/Teams will be used in the calculation of the report.
Scorecard - Only results which are recorded using a particular Scorecard/Scorecards will be used in the calculation of the report.
Data Tag(s) - Will appear only when a single Scorecard is selected. This filter determines which results will be used in the calculation of the report based on the Data Tags which were applied to them. Multiple Tags may be selected.
Selecting "Any of the Tags" applies OR logic. Results which have any of the Tags applied will be used in the calculation of the report.
Selecting "All of the Tags" applies AND logic. Only those results which have all of the tags applied will be used in the calculation of the report.
Event Type/Event Sub Type - Only results which are recorded against a particular Event Type/Event Sub Type will be used in the calculation of the report.
Supervisor - Only results which are recorded against a particular Supervisor will be used in the calculation of the report.
Evaluator - Only results which are recorded by a particular Evaluator will be used in the calculation of the report.
Employee - Only results which are recorded for a particular Employee will be used in the calculation of the report.
Highlight Below - Any values which are below the value you input (for instance "85" to represent a target) will be highlighted in yellow in the resultant report.
Formula - Whether the "True" or "Potential" formula will be used for the calculation (see more here)
