The different reports under the Staff category will give you insights on your Employees' performance from a more general view to an individual view.

Report 1.1 Staff Overall Staff trend allows Supervisors or Analysts to compare the Employees according to the average score achieved across the different scorecards and also according to the number of result below or above target. In addition to comparing Employees' performance, this report enables the user to easily identify outliers.

There are two charts for this report: first one for below and above target distribution and the second for an overview of the score percentage distribution.

Both 1.2 Questions by Staff and 1.3 Answers by Staff offer insights into the Employees' performance at question level. Report 1.2 is based on the average percentage at question level (where a positive answer is 100% and the negative one is 0%, based on the maximum weighting of each question) whereas report 1.3 is based on the number of each outcome per question.

When drilling down by clicking on either the average percentage or the count of outcomes, the user is shown a table with the list of Employee's names and the comments left at question level.

Report 1.9 Kudos by Staff offers a leader board of Employees by Kudos point count which is very helpful for customers that have the Agent Insight module and use Kudos.

For focusing on a specific Employee's performance, the Supervisors or Analysts can use report 1.4 Overall Trend by individual, 1.5 Section Trend by individual, 1.6 Question trend by individual, 1.7 Section by result, 1.8 Section by Event type.
