We recommend using the reports under the Staff category in order for Supervisors to understand how their agents are performing.

In addition to these, the Supervisors and or Analysts will find quite useful reports 2.1 Supervisor by section, 2.2 Points of Failure by Supervisor, 2.3 Supervisor by question, 3.7 Reviews by Supervisor to either check their team performance by section or to compare the Supervisor teams.

Report 2.1 Supervisor by section has a useful drill down when clicking on the Supervisor's name: the Employee's performance by Scorecard section will be displayed.

Report 3.7 Reviews by Supervisor is useful for customers who need to report on the reviewed scores (scores marked as reviewed after a one to one meeting between the Supervisor and the Employee)
