Advanced reporting accessible via the hat icon

facilitates customised reporting as an alternative to the 35 canned reports in the other tabs in Analytics and is available to the Global Admins, Group Admins, Team Admins and Advanced Supervisor profiles. Results are displayed as tables (exportable) and graphs, and the user can use the full search criteria as well as setting the X and Y axis for the graphs.

Once the report is run, the user can save the filter and name the report.

For filter options such as Group, Team, Scorecard, Event type, the user can select between either 'All' or a specific item.

The 'Type' filter offers three options of displaying the data: True average, Potential average or the Number of events (occurrences).

The graphs can be displayed in different formats as lines or columns may be more appropriate for the data being shown. See the red circle in the example below which is a report of the number of scorecard evaluated per month from Feb through August for a particular Group. As with the other graphs in Analytics, each can be exported using the Chart Context Menu on the top right hand corner of the graph.
