The Calibration report measures a participant's score of an interaction against the "First Score". This measure is a value between -100 to 100 and is the difference between the First Score and the participants score. (see Calibration report for more info).

How do I interpret the data?

Example:

A calibration list was built in Week 41 and Alicia scored three of the interactions in the list. Her results were:

Interaction 1

First Score - 61.90%
Caitlin's Score - 52.38%
Variation = -9.52

Interaction 2
First Score - 80%
Caitlin's Score - 100%
Variation = 20

Interaction 3
First Score - 97.67%
Caitlin's Score - 97.67%
Variation = 0

We can see from the Calibration Trend report that Alicia's average "Variation" in Week 41 was 3.49
The calculation being used is SUM of variations / (divided by) number of interactions
So (-9.52 + 20 + 0) / 3 = 3.49
