Organise your Data in Tabs

In an eCommerce customer support activity, it can be useful to group, under a tab called "website", all customer queries related to web interactions, such as checkout, error messages, or payment issues.

You can trend your customer queries related to deliveries, returns, packaging issues in a "Shipping and warehouse" tab.
​
A "Product" tab could track and trend how frequently each product is mentioned in your support tickets.
​
And you could group any mentions of delivery companies in a tab named "Shipping partners" , where you can easily check which carrier is the most frequently mentioned.
