There are a large number of "topics" automatically detected by Cx MOMENTS, which you can import into your dashboard. In fact, there are so many of them that we let you decide which ones you would like to import and view in your dashboard.

Go to "Autodetected", where you will see all the topics that are already discovered by Cx MOMENTS in your dataset. The steps to import these topics are very simple:

1. Select topics

2. Create new tab

3. Import topics

4. Save and view Dashboard

These steps are described further below

1. Select topics

To find the topics you might like to import, look at the following:

  • The topic name (e.g. "login or password issues") describes loosely what customer query a topic is tracking

  • Keywords list: this is a summary of the keywords combination this topic is tracking. In this example, the topic named "login or password issues" tracks the words "pwd, password, pw (etc.)" near the words "reset, temporary, not working (etc.)"

  • Volume of tickets shows how frequently your customers complain or ask about "Login or password issues". If the volume is very low or zero, it's probably not worth importing this topic in your dashboard.

  • Use Filters: There are so many topics in our Library that we have created filters to help you find what may be the most relevant to you. For example, the "Clothes and Fashion" filter will only show topics related to trousers, shirts, belts and so on. We have many more filters, such as IT assets, Delivery partners and couriers, and so on.

2. Create a new tab

It's a good idea to group topics that belong together in a same tab.
For example, the video above shows how an eCommerce Cx Manager creates a tab called "Warehouse" to import and re-group all the topics related to deliveries and defects. The Manager then creates a tab called "website Issues" to import and regroup topics related to payment difficulties, login/password issues and so on.

3. Import topics

To bring any of these topics into your dashboard, simply tick it and click the blue button "import topic".

4. Save and view Dashboard

Once this is done, simply click the blue button "Save and view Dashboard" to see how these customer queries trend in your support data.
