How to setup the Zendesk connection to Cx MOMENTS:


Request your free Cx MOMENTS trial here.

Log in your Cx MOMENTS portal and select Zendesk Support or Zendesk Chat (Zopim) as your Helpdesk solution.

Enter your Zendesk domain and click on CONNECT TO ZENDESK .

Login to your own Zendesk instance and click Authorise Cx MOMENTS to read your tickets.
