1. Request your free Cx MOMENTS trial here.

2. Log into your Cx MOMENTS portal and select LiveChat as your Helpdesk solution.

3. Click on CONNECT TO LIVECHAT.

4. Login to your own LiveChat instance and authorise Cx MOMENTS to read your chat sessions.
