Instructions to connect Liveperson to Cx Moments (ScorebuddyCx)

This integration happens in 2 parts:

- Part 1: create the API access keys & secrets in Liveperson

- Part 2: connect Cx Moments / ScorebuddyCx to Liveperson using these API keys

Step 1: Login to your LivePerson instance

Step 2" Go to "Manage campaigns and engagements"

Step 3: Click on Datasources

Step 4: Select the API tab

Step 5. Click "Add new" (this is to create a new API key for Cx Moments)

Step 6: In the "Application Details" section, Enter "Cx Moments" as name of app and developer

Step 7: In the "Select APIs" section, tick “Conversation History”

Step 8: Click Save

This will result in the following Liveperson API keys and Secrets being created for Cx moments

Step 1: Login to Cx Moments / Scorebuddy Cx

Step 2: Click Add data source

Step 3: Select Liveperson

Step 4: Enter the following

- Your Liveperson account number

- The API Keys you created in Liveperson for Cx Moments: App Key, App Secret, Access token and Access token secret.

Step 5: click "Connect to Liveperson"
