Add a Data Source to your Cx MOMENTS portal

To analyze customer support interactions from more than one Helpdesk or LiveChat solution, simply do the following.
​
1. Click on "Add data source", then select the Helpdesk you want to connect to.

If your Helpdesk or LiveChat solution is not already pre-integrated with Cx MOMENTS, you can always load your customer interactions as a csv file. Learn here how to upload a CSV file into Cx MOMENTS.
