How do I map the CX Moments Rules I have created to my Scorecards, in order to take advantage of QA Assist?
Mapping your Rules to your Scorecard questions is done on the Edit Scorecard page. Two things must be done first for this to be available
1. You have integrated CX Moments with Scorebuddy.
2. You have created at least 1 Rule in CX Moments.
Once these requirements are fulfilled, you will see the option to map your Rules to Questions.
Selecting your dataset
If you have more than one CX Moments integration (i.e. you have integrated Scorebuddy to two separate datasets within CX Moments) you will first be asked to select a dataset using the the "CX Moments Data Set for QA Assist Questions" dropdown. The dataset you select here should be the dataset in which you created the Rules you wish to map to this particular scorecard.
If you have only integrated a single dataset, the dropdown will not be visible and your single dataset is already selected and ready to use.
Mapping your questions
Click the "Rules" dropdown for the question you would like to map to a Rule. Select the Rule you would like to map to that question from the dropdown. And you're done!
You will notice that the Answer choices available for the question are automatically changed to Yes, No and N/A. This is to ensure that the outcomes of the Rule in CX Moments are in parallel with the answer choices which will be populated in Scorebuddy.
FAQ
Does this affect my question weightings?
No. Your weighting will remain unaffected.
Can I still use Fail Section/Fail All for particular answer choices?
Yes. You answer choices may have changed when you mapped the Rule, but these new answer choices can still have a Fail Section or Fail All flag attached to them. Use the "Question Details" tab to apply this behaviour.
Do I need to map all of my questions to Rules in order for this to work?
No. You can map as few or as many of your Scorecard's questions to Rules as you wish.
I want to stop using QA Assist for a particular question, how do I do this?
Just reset the value in the "Rules" dropdown to its default value ("-Rule-"). This will clear the mapping and it will no longer show annotation based on the Rule when scoring, or be auto populated when a user clicks "QA Assist".
Be aware that the answer choices for this question will remain in the Pass, Fail and N/A state. If you wish to amend this, click the Answer button and you can change your answers now that the question is no longer mapped to a Rule.
