The Custom Players list is a separate part on your watchlist which lists all the players of your database you have added manually in positional order. So, each time you create a new player or a new team, the players are automatically synchronized with this list.

How to merge duplicated players?

Duplicate players can be created by accident in a number of ways. The most common situation occurs when a player is added to a team by yourself, because this player is not listed in our database yet. But why he is not listed? Especially for youth teams, our data coverage is not yet at 100%. However, at some point the player moved on to higher team levels and is then uploaded to our database - a duplicate is created.

What happens to the duplicate player's stats?

The system will combine the stats of all merged players. As part of the merge process, you must indicate which player should remain, and which player should be removed. So, let's go on with an example:

  1. Open your watchlist, there you find a new section for all custom players.

  2. On the Player Detail Page of Jason Burnham, click on MERGE WITH DATABASE PLAYER and search for your player you want to merge the data.

  3. Select your player, tap on save and the system will combine the stats.

  4. If the custom player is part of a watchlist, the custom player will be replaced by the merged player.

Can players be "un-merged"?

No, once the merge procedure has been completed, it is not possible to "un-merge".
