Are we missing a youth league, competition, team or player that you´re dying to analyze on Scoutpad? Or do you just want to edit specific player data? Here, you'll find some tips to improve your private database.

Add Your Own Teams

Before you take this step, take a look at our team list to make sure that the team you're looking for is not yet listed. To add a new team, just proceed with:

  1. Click on ADD A REPORT.

  2. Select the league. If your league is missing, please use NO LEAGUE.

  3. Enter your team name and select button CREATE TEAM in the dropdown.

  4. Fill out team details in the pop-up and tap on SUBMIT to save your team.

  5. Your new entered team will permanently listed in your private team database. (Note: This new team will not be visible to other users in Scoutpad.)

Otherwise, you can also send us an email with what you´re trying to add to Scoutpad and our team will jump on it right away for you. We are constantly looking to grow our already massive team list so that you never miss an opportunity to scout your way. We are pleased about any feedback from our users and get back to you in no time, promise!

Add New Players

For any new created teams or if a team squad is not up-to-date and specific players are missing, you can easily expand the squad list yourself by creating a completely new player or selecting a specific player from our huge database.

A new menu will open. Enter the relevant data of the new player you want to add. Or just search for an existing player in our database. After confirming the add button the corresponding player will be permanently added to the team squad.

Edit Player Data

If a player's biometric and/or biographical data, such as name, jersey number or age, is incorrect, it can be modified both in the match report and on the Player Details Page

By Evaluation Bubble

To change data directly in the match report, click MORE in the player's evaluation bubble. In the upper right corner you'll see the most important basic information. Press the pencil icon to adjust the data if necessary.

By Player Detail Page

You can reach the player details page via your watchlist. Here all your bookmarked players all listed.

Press the EDIT button and update the player info. Finally save your new data. The player info you have changed and/or newly added players will only be saved within the group internal database, i.e. the data is only available to you and your team members. For users outside your group, the player and team data remain unchanged.

Merge Duplicated Player

Duplicated player stats can easily combined with our merge feature on the player detail page. As part of the merge process, you must indicate which player should remain, and which player should be removed. Here's how to go.

Add a custom league

Before you take this step, take a look at our competitions list to make sure that the league you're looking for is not yet listed.

To add a new league, just proceed with:

  1. Click on ADD A REPORT.

  2. In the LEAGUE drop down menu type "Create" and select the create option once it appears. It will trigger the league creation window.

  3. In the league creation pop-up you have to fill up the league name and select the country of origin and press SUBMIT to save the custom league. Later you will be able to find the league listed inside the competition list of the selected country.

  4. Once you have created your custom league you can start populating it with teams. Click ADD REPORT and type "Create" to start creating your custom teams.

  5. Once you type in your custom team name select the country of origin and you will be able to find your custom league there. Add your team to the your custom league and it will be saved there.

  6. Your new entered league will permanently listed in your private team database. (Note: This new league will not be visible to other users in Scoutpad.) You can select the league by typing its name or by scrolling down to the country of origin. All the custom teams in the league will be sorted out underneath once you select your custom league.
