Introduction 🎰

Create jolly Advent Calendar campaigns for Christmas, where every Advent Sunday, one of four doors opens to reveal new competitions or new content of any type. An online Advent Calendar is as great a tool to gather new marketing permissions as it is to strengthen your customers’ brand loyalty.

1. Add game format 🎰

The first step is to add a New page and choose the Special game format Advent Calendar by dragging and dropping it on the game page.

2. Prizes 🏆

Remember to set up Prizes before you customize the rest of the game flow. You have to create the prizes before you can finish your game layout. Remember to add different prizes for each door on the advent calendar.

3. Settings

First, set up the four game formats that you woud like to have places behind the four different doors on the advent calendar. You do this by adding new pages with games, and the doors will then lead to the to different games, when opened. Then add the games to each door under the first setting, and choose the dates you would like to have each door active for.

Then set up different settings for the doors like Randomize door order, Only show active field on mobile, Allow clicking past days and other settings. Then you can set up the Action, which is the CTA navigation settings, and decide where the CTA should lead.

4. Content 🖥️

Design the layout of the doors, by setting up a background, colour codes, Text colour and size, Behind door background colour and much more. Next step is setting up the layout of the past days and active days doors to customize the look of your advent calendar and make it personalized.

5. Effects 🎤

You can set up different effects on your game for extra styling. You can choose between different animations and customize the transition, initial delay and settings for when opening the doors.

6. Ready for next step 🥳

Nicely done! Your game format is now completed and you can now edit the page of the game, and proceed to create the rest of the game flow on the other pages.
