What a Spin campaign can be used For
How it works:
Users tap to spin a quick-turn animation (similar to reel or slot). The spin stops on a result—this could be a prize, message, or next step. It’s fast, dynamic, and easy to play.
Use cases:
🛍️ Retail & E-commerce
Quickly reward users with discounts, limited-time offers, or loyalty points → drives conversions and adds excitement to the shopping experience.
🏦 Financial Services
Reveal instant tips, micro-rewards, or trivia to promote learning and app usage → makes dry topics more approachable.
🍔 Food & Beverage
Spin for surprise menu items, daily deals, or loyalty perks → increases frequency of visits and interaction.
🎉 Events & Entertainment
Let users spin to win giveaways, access content, or unlock experiences → increases energy and audience involvement.
To set up the Spin campaign, open the campaign and select the Tap It game. From there, you can add your design and configure the settings.
We recommend starting with an existing design kit, then adding your prizes and customizing the visual layout of the game after, since the prizes have to be added in here:
When you enter the game, you'll first see the 'Content' overview with the following options:
After adding prizes, you can select them from the dropdown menu below.
When you click on a prize, you'll have the option to either upload an image or design one yourself.
If you'd like the product to have a title and description, toggle this option on and enter the desired text.
In 'Settings', you can configure the Spin to land exactly on a specific image.
Further down, you’ll find additional design options for customizing the Spin:
You can choose whether the prize cards should be displayed side-by-side to show all possibilities, or stacked by toggling this option off.
Next, you’ll see a preview of the Spin interface.
Adjust the width line to control where the spin stops and displays the winning prize.
Change the color of the line for better visual alignment.
And of course, add effects to the images to make them more engaging.
The rest follows the standard campaign setup, where you design the full flow—including the overall campaign structure, prize pages, and emails if needed.
