Audience is an overview of all the participants you have on your campaigns and provides an option to segment participants though filters.
From a participant, click Actions and Select and choose Edit. This will direct you to an overview of all the activities on each participant. You can see how many prizes the participant has won, the number of times participated, the data collected, the participant's GDPR compliance and much more.
Add a person to your Audience by clicking Add person in the right corner and click on Add contact. If you have many names to add, we recommend that you use the import solution.
Export data
Export data via CSV file from your Audience, by selecting the number of participants you want to export and then you click on the export button. Then you can choose between getting all data in one file, or you can select which data you want to include in the export.
Import data
Import contacts via CSV file into your Audience. You do this by clicking on the import button and uploading your CSV file and follow the steps. It may take some time depending on the size of the file.
