Automation emails allow you to create emails that are sent either at a specific time during the campaign period or triggered by specific actions taken by the participant.
Create prize emails
All prizes and prize draws that have been created are listed in this dropdown. You can choose whether an email should be sent to the participant after they win. Simply select the email and click Create.
Then you need to select the prize from the dropdown β it will already be pre-defined. After that, choose the design based on the type of prize.

Then you can start designing the email.
Entering the sender information
A prize email contains three key elements you need to pay attention to when creating it:
Activating the Email
To activate your email, select the appropriate time zone and click the green toggle switch. Once activated, the email status will display as Active and be marked in green.
Email Information
Fill in the sender details for your email, including the sender name, subject line, and preheader. Once the email content is complete, we recommend clicking Preview and sending yourself a test email to see how the text and layout will appear in the final version.
