How to Share and Import Templates in ScribbleVet

M
Written by Michael Fedor

ScribbleVet allows you to easily share templates with other doctors or team members, so everyone can work from the same format without having to recreate templates manually.

Templates in ScribbleVet are user-specific by default, meaning they are not automatically accessible to other users.

How to Share a Template

  1. Go to the Templates tab at the top of the ScribbleVet web app.

  2. Locate the template you want to share.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the template name.

  4. Select “Share Template.”

  5. Copy the generated link.

  6. Send the link to the doctor or team member you want to share the template with (via email, chat, etc.).

How to Import a Shared Template

  1. Go to the Templates tab.

  2. Click “Import Template” at the top of the list.

  3. Paste the shared template link.

  4. The template will automatically appear in your Templates list.

🔄 Syncing Template Updates

Once a template is shared and imported:

  • If the original template is updated after you have imported it, you can sync those changes to your account.

  • You’ll see an option to sync changes when viewing the template.

  • This ensures all users stay aligned without needing to re-import the template.
