Invite users or teams to your organization and site.
Adding users
Site Diary has made it easy for you to add people to your team. You can add as many people as possible by following these simple steps for the organization screen.
If you don’t know how to get to the organization list, follow the steps.
1. Click Site Diary
2. Click on 'Go to Administration'
3. Click on Users and subscription
4. Click the invite button on the right top of the screen
5. Enter the person’s email and click invite.
6. Give the user rights. There are three options, admin, manager, and user. Learn more about user rights below.
7. Adding invited users to the site - Click on Administration
8. Click on Site Diary
9. Select Site
10. Select Team
11. Click + Add User
12. Select a user from the list that you would like to add to this site.
13. Click add
14. Select user role
