Getting your Dataflow verification started
Before you can apply for healthcare roles in most GCC countries, your credentials need to go through Dataflow verification — the primary source verification process that confirms your medical certificates, education, and experience are genuine. It's a required step for employers and licensing authorities, so getting it right from the start saves you time later.
There are two ways to kick this off, depending on whether you already have a Dataflow report or it is your first time to create one.
Option one: First-time applicants
If you don't already have a Dataflow report, you'll need to submit a new application to verify your credentials.
Go to your Profile.
Select Dataflow Service.
3. Click No – Fresh Application.
4. From the dropdown menus, select:
Target Country – the country you want to work in
Current Country of Residence
Current City, Professional Specialty, and Medical Rank
5. Upload your CV, Bachelor's Certificate, and Specialty Certificate.
Note: Your CV must be the most recent version and include your full medical experience and background. Your Bachelor's Certificate must be a valid copy.
Note: Dataflow fees vary by case. Your final fee is confirmed only after your documents have been reviewed by the auditor or relevant authority
(Eligibility Check).
Option two: External transfer
If you already have a Dataflow report from an external source, you can transfer it instead of submitting a fresh application.
Go to your Profile.
Select Dataflow Service.
Click Yes – External Transfer.
From the dropdown menu, select your Target Country – the country you want to work in.
Upload your existing Dataflow report.
Upload your CV.
Click Submit if you finished your profile completion.
Or Save For Later if you want to temporarily draft your application.
✅ Result: Your application is successfully received and your documents are under reviewing.
What to expect after you submit your application
Once your application is submitted, here's what happens next:
Your documents are reviewed by our team to calculate your final service fees.
Our specialist audits your documents to validate your credentials and medical certificates.
Please note: The auditor may request additional documents during the vetting process if needed. Make sure that the text included in your documents is clear and readable.
What happens after the vetting process
Once the auditor has reviewed your documents, one of the following will apply:
If your documents are accepted: you'll be asked to pay the required fees to receive your Dataflow report.
If your application is ineligible: the auditor will request specific additional documents from you.
What happens after you pay the final fees
Once you've paid the required fees, your documents move into the final verification stage.
Note: this process takes 4–6 weeks to complete. Once it's done, your final Dataflow report will be ready to download.
