Completing your profile helps employers find and evaluate your qualifications more effectively. We will help you to build a strong and searchable profile through the following steps:
A complete profile also enables Scrub Valley's AI-powered matching system to connect you with the most relevant job opportunities, increasing your chances of success.
Additionally, you can verify your profile completion by checking the profile completion indicator, which appears in green when all required sections are complete.
🚨Note: You'll notice Yellow Exclamation Mark next to the uncomplete sections
Go to Your Profile
After you Sign In, click on Complete profile on the right
Select Profile Information from the left-hand menu
Check Profile Completion
Your profile completion percentage appears in Green when all required sections are complete.
Incomplete sections are highlighted on the top of your profile, allowing you to address them promptly.

How To Complete Skills Section
List all relevant skills that showcase your expertise and add your specialty to highlight your area of focus.1. Click Skills from the left sidebar. 2. Select your track (e.g., medical or non-medical). 3. Select your Designation 4. Answer if you have License or Not 5. Select the your Department Country 6. Select your Department 7. Choose your Specialty, Subspecialty, and its Privilege from the drop-down menu 8. Lastly add Years Of Experience
💡 Best practice: Only include skills relevant to your professional field.
How To Complete Education & Courses Section
Click on Add New Education
Fill all the required data, for example: Degree, Course Name, etcetera.
Choose if you own Dataflow or not
Add all certifications, including board or council certifications, and select which Board you are in, for example: Emirati Board
Note: It is optional to edit or delete any education name or course from the right side, using bin and pencil symbol
How To Complete Work Experience Section
Click Work Experience from the left sidebar
Click Add New Experience
Enter the following details, for example: Company Name, Start and End dates, Role.
Upload your Logbook or work record
Choose all Countries of Work Experience
Specify your total years of experience.
Save and Review
Ensure all information is accurate and complete before leaving the page
💡Tip: To save your time while completing your profile, upload your CV first. This automatically completes Work Experience and Education & Courses Sections in your profile.
Tips for Special Cases
If you have a mixed professional background (e.g., experience in multiple roles or fields):
Clearly list your primary specialty in the Skills section.
Include all relevant roles in the Work Experience section, specifying employer names and dates.
Add all degrees or certifications in the Education section, along with institution names and graduation years.
Upload An Introduction Video
It is preferable to upload a professional Introduction Video for yourself as a brief introduction about yourself
This can help personalize your profile and make a strong impression on recruiters.
