Once you create your profile on Scrub Valley, you'll need to complete it in order to start your job search.
You'll notice "Red Dots" next to the uncomplete sections, and here's how to build your profile in 5 easy steps:
Go to Profile Section
Click on your name (top right), then select Profile from the dropdown.Check Profile Completion Progress
Your completion percentage appears in green. Incomplete areas are highlighted in red with a red dot.Fill In Each Section
Use the left-hand menu to complete:Profile Information (basic details like name, phone, and email)

Upload Required Documents
Add your photo, resume, and any necessary certificates to improve visibility.Click “Complete Profile”
Once sections are filled in, click the blue Complete Profile button to finalize.
Section 1: Skills
Steps:
Access the Skills Section :
Click on the "Skills" option in the left sidebar.
Add Your Skills :
In the "Skills" dropdown menu, select or type in the skills you possess. This could include technical skills, soft skills, or any other relevant abilities.
Example: If you are a medical professional, you might list skills like "Surgical Techniques," "Patient Care Management," or "Diagnostic Tools."
Specify Department :
Select the appropriate department from the "Department" dropdown menu. For example, if you work in healthcare, choose "Medical."
Define Speciality :
In the "Speciality" dropdown, select your area of expertise (e.g., "Dermatology").
Optionally, fill in the "Sub Speciality" and "Privilege" fields if applicable.
Add Another Speciality :
If you have multiple specialities, click the "+ Another Speciality" button to add more.
Save Changes :
Once all fields are filled, click the "Update your skills" button at the bottom right to save your changes.
Section 2: Education & Courses
Steps:
Access the Education & Courses Section :
Click on the "Education & Courses" option in the left sidebar.
Add New Education :
Click the "Add new education" button at the top right.
Fill in the required fields for each educational institution, including:
Institution name
Degree obtained
Field of study
Start and end dates
Dataflow Report :
Answer the question: "Do you have a valid dataflow report (Qualifications Verification Report)?"
Select "Yes" if you have it, or "No" if not.
Board or Certifications :
In the "Board or Certifications" dropdown, select the board or certification(s) you hold.
Example: If you are a medical professional, this might include boards like "American Board of Dermatology."
Save Changes :
After filling in all necessary information, ensure that the section is saved automatically or confirm by navigating away.
Section 3: Work Experience
Steps:
Access the Work Experience Section :
Click on the "Work Experience" option in the left sidebar.
Add New Experience :
Click the "Add new experience" button at the top right.
Enter details for each job position, including:
Company name
Job title
Start and end dates
Description of responsibilities and achievements
Upload Resume :
Click the "Upload Resume" button to upload your resume file.
Ensure the resume is up-to-date and includes all relevant work history.
Upload Logbook :
If applicable, click the "Upload Logbook" button to upload your logbook file. This is often required for professionals who maintain a log of their work activities.
Years of Experience :
In the "Years of experience" dropdown, select the total number of years you have worked in your field.
Work Experience Countries :
Choose all the countries where you have gained work experience from the "Choose another countries" dropdown.
Save Changes :
Ensure all fields are completed accurately. The system may automatically save changes, but double-check to confirm everything is correct.
Final Tips :
Be Detailed : Provide as much accurate and relevant information as possible to make your profile stand out.
Stay Updated : Regularly update your skills, education, and work experience to reflect your current capabilities.
Consistency : Ensure consistency across all sections to present a cohesive professional image.
