We’ve heard a lot of feedback about Scrunch’s metrics, charts and dashboards, so we’re releasing an update to improve the consistency and clarity of data across the product.
We plan to roll out these changes to all customers starting September 3rd. Tune in to our monthly Product Webinar on September 4th to get the full scoop on this release, share your feedback, and get a preview of upcoming features.
Date range filtering in Dashboards, Prompts, and Citations
|
You’ll now be able to view data for the last 7 days, the last 4 weeks, or the last 12 weeks (default) in Dashboards and Prompts views. We’ll show only data for the selected time range.
As you select larger or smaller date ranges, Scrunch will automatically show historical and trend data with more or less granularity — for example, in a “current week” view, you’ll see daily data points in historical and trend charts. In larger date ranges, you’ll see weekly (rolling 7-day) data points. |
Simpler, more consistent metrics throughout the productWe’ve heard your feedback that there are too many metric definitions in Scrunch — e.g., depending on the view, we’ve shown metrics reflecting historical performance, the last 7 days, or the most recent data updated. With our upcoming release, metrics are now computed simply and consistently as average performance over the selected date range. Historical / trend data is still available in line charts and sparklines throughout the the product. If you need to compare metrics for two different time periods, it’s as simple as opening another tab and changing the date range filter.
Clearer and consistent terms for Citation tracking
Additionally, inside the Citations view, we’re renaming the following metrics to better represent what they’re tracking. The metric calculation remains the same as previously.

Account management improvements for customers
Unified admin view for enterprises & agencies For organizations with multiple brands managed in Scrunch, we’re rolling out a centralized admin console that offers more flexibility for managing your brands, team members, permissions, and API access in Scrunch — in one central location. |
Read-only permissions and guest users in Scrunch We’re adding a “Viewer” permission so you can invite additional team members into Scrunch who should be able to analyze data, but not change your Scrunch configuration. We’re adding more documentation for the Scrunch API and integrations based on it, as well as additional documentation for our Bot Analytics and Agent Experience Platform products. |
