Advanced Search gives you a powerful tool to find customers across your whole dispensary database.
Why use Advanced Search?
It is the fastest way to create a list for bulk SMS communications.
You can narrow down a patient search based on:
dates of engagement (first time visited, last time visited)
age range
postcode range
repeats held
communication styles
patient grouping
service eligibility
and more
Use Advanced Search
1. Open Advanced Search
Go to Scrypt HQ > Advanced. There are two ways to search:
Scrypt Search finds customers who have been used within Scrypt and any of Scrypt's features.
Dispense Search finds customers from your pharmacy's dispense database, where a customer's profile has been created in your dispensing software.
2. Select one or more filter criteria
Via Scrypt Search:
Patient Type: Lead, SOF, or DAA.
Group: patient groups, another way to further group patients.
Status: mostly used for DAA patients, such as Active, Hospital, or Holiday.
Delivery Preference: pick up or delivery.
Comms Preference: set within a profile, such as SMS or email.
Mobile Status: whether the Scrypt Mobile account is active.
Has Order Cycle.
Scrypt Reminders Active.
Via Dispense Search:
Personal
Personal demographics: standard to most search engines.
Postcode range: ideal for holiday destination pharmacies.
Age range: search an age range to narrow down your list.
Repeats Held: managed within your dispense software.
Has Mobile: searches for profiles that contain a mobile number.
Medical
Nursing Home: also known as facilities, managed from dispense systems.
Medicare Number: search by Medicare number.
Repat Number: search by Repat number.
Concession Holder: search for concession holders only.
Safety Net Entitlement Number: search by Safety Net entitlement number.
Engagement
First Visit range: search for customers by the date their profile was first created in the dispense system.
Last Visit range: search for customers by the date their last script was dispensed.
Whooping Cough Vax eligibility: searches for profiles eligible for the Help Prevent Pertussis campaign (via Scrypt Notify).
3. Select Search
Select Search, or Clear Form to reset.
Access an individual profile from here.
Select profiles to Schedule Bulk SMS. You can select the current page or all pages, which selects only profiles with mobile numbers.
Export the data:
Export as CSV: ideal for cleaning up the list or adding more numbers, then importing the file for bulk SMS communications.
Export as PDF.
