An overview of Communications in ScryptHQ

Communications is the new central hub to monitor & manage all of communications between the pharmacy and your customers across all communication channels, For example, inbound & outgoing SMS, Email, Scrypt Mobile app messages.


Inbox / Scheduled / Sent - Monitor & manage all inbound communications (Inbox), all Scrypt-Reminder and User-scheduled messages (Scheduled), and all sent communications from the platform (Sent).


Keyword Search - Search for your messages by typing in keywords. This will search through customers names & words found within the message body.


Filters - Filter your results by selecting a range of different options e.g. channels, patient groups, date range, read/unread, flag status, unreplied status, more filters>archived. Once you have selected your desired filters, click Apply filters.


Refresh - The communications inbox will refresh automatically every few minutes, or you can select this button to refresh instantly


Bulk Communications - Send out a message to multiple customers in one go.

Settings - Adjust the settings for automated messages, & design your own custom messages. Take a look here


Page selection / Page size / Sort By - Navigate through your communications list by pages, view 25/50/100 messages at a time, or sort by recency & alphabetical order.


View - opens up the reply message modal

Additional options - When selecting the '...' button, you can flag, Mark as unread, View patient or Archive message.

View each message from your customers and reply quickly from the same window.
