Use the Communications hub

Monitor and manage all messages between your pharmacy and customers across SMS, email, and the Scrypt Mobile app from one central hub.

Overview

Communications is the central hub to monitor and manage all communication between your pharmacy and your customers across every channel, including inbound and outbound SMS, email, and Scrypt Mobile app messages.

Inbox, Scheduled, and Sent

Monitor and manage all inbound communications in Inbox, all Scrypt reminder and user-scheduled messages in Scheduled, and all sent communications in Sent.

Keyword search

Search your messages by typing keywords. This searches customer names and words found within the message body.

Filters

Filter your results by options such as channel, patient group, date range, read or unread, flag status, unreplied status, and archived (under More filters). Once you have selected your filters, click Apply filters.

Refresh

The Communications inbox refreshes automatically every few minutes, or you can click this button to refresh instantly.

Bulk communications

Send a message to multiple customers in one go. To learn more, see Bulk SMS communications.

Settings

Adjust the settings for automated messages and design your own custom messages on the Communication settings page.

Page selection, page size, and sort

Navigate through your communications list by page, view 25, 50, or 100 messages at a time, or sort by recency or alphabetical order.

View and additional options

View opens the reply message window. The ... button lets you flag, mark as unread, view the patient, or archive the message.

View each message from your customers and reply quickly from the same window.
