Your pharmacy can send payment requests to your mobile phone. Follow the steps below to complete your payment.
Steps
1. Open the SMS and tap the link
You will receive an SMS from SCRYPTPAY with your payment details and a link. The link looks similar to https://checkout.scrypt.com.au/<code>/view. Tap the link to begin.
2. Confirm the pharmacy details
Check the details of the pharmacy that requested the payment, then tap Pay for my order to continue.
3. Review your invoice
Review your itemised invoice and pricing, then tap Continue to Payment.
4. Enter your card details
Enter your credit card details to validate your card, then tap Confirm & Pay. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted at this stage.
5. Save your receipt
Scroll down and tap View Receipt or Email receipt to save a copy for your records.
You have now completed a safe and secure remote payment to your pharmacy with Scrypt Pay.
Frequently asked questions
I did not receive the SCRYPTPAY SMS
If you have not received the SMS from SCRYPTPAY, ask your pharmacy to send a new request to your mobile number.
I received a notification of an SMS from SCRYPTPAY, but it is not in my message history
If you use an iOS device, such as an iPhone, a settings update may automatically delete verification codes in Messages and Mail after they are used. To turn this off:
Go to Settings and search for AutoFill & Passwords.
Find Verification Codes and the Delete After Use toggle.
Tap the toggle to turn it off.
Ask the pharmacy to resend the SMS.
