Your pharmacy is now able to send payment requests to your mobile phone. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete the payment.
STEPS
You will receive an SMS from SCRYPTPAY with details requesting payment and instucted to tap on the link to make payment. the URL should looks something like 'https://checkout.scrypt.com.au/<code>/view. Tap the link
Confirm the pharmacy details that has requested the payment, tap Pay for my order to continue.
Review your itemised invoice and pricing, the tap Continue to Payment.
Enter your Credit card details to validate your card, then tap Confirm & Pay.
Visa and MasterCard schemes are only accepted at this stage.
5. Scroll down to either View Receipt or Email receipt so you can save yourself a copy in your email.
You have now completed a safe and secure remote payment to your Pharmacy, with Scrypt Pay!
FAQs
I didn't receive the SCRYPTPAY SMS?
If you have not received the SMS from the SCRYPTPAY number, please request your pharmacy to send a new one to your mobile number.
I recevied a notification that I have an SMS from SCRYPTPAY, but it is not displaying in my Message History. How do I fix this?
If you're an iOS device user (such as iPhone), there has been an update in your settings that may automatically delete verification codes in messages and Mail after they are used.
To turn off:
Go to your Settings > Search "AutoFill & Passwords" > Then you’ll see VERIFICATION CODES and a "Delete After Use" toggle.
Tap the toggle to turn it off.
Request the pharmacy to resend you another SMS.
