Validate your PPA integration
Go to Scrypt HQ > More > Settings.
Scroll down to PPA Digital Claiming and click Validate.
Check the colour of the response message
Green: your PPA integration is valid. If claims are still failing, the cause is something else. Check the claim submission response message again and contact Scrypt support.
Success: PPA user credentials are valid. You are ready to submit digital claims to the PPA portal using Scrypt.
Red: your PPA integration is not valid. This usually means the User ID and User key need updating. To update them, follow these steps.
"PPA validation failure: Failed to authenticate pharmacy PPA credentials with PPA: Refit.ApiException: Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request)."
Troubleshoot "Do not have permission to submit service form" (MedsCheck)
If you see an error stating that you do not have permission to submit a MedsCheck, follow these steps.
Verify the PPA key: ensure the PPA key is valid and was generated for the correct account.
Check the pharmacist name: go to More > Settings, scroll down to Pharmacist, and confirm your name is listed correctly.
Check for multiple PPA profiles:
Ask the pharmacist if they have two different PPA profiles, one linked to the pharmacy and another personal profile.
If the PPA key was generated from the personal account instead of the pharmacy account, it may not have the permissions needed to submit MedsChecks.
Regenerate the PPA key from the correct pharmacy account and update the credentials in Scrypt HQ.
Retry submission: after updating the PPA credentials, try to resubmit the form.
