Steps

2. Scroll down to PPA Digital Claiming & Click Validate

3. Check the colour of the response message:

Green - Your PPA Integration is valid. Your claims may be failing for another reason, check the claim submission response message again and contact Scrypt Support.

Success: PPA user credentials are valid. You are ready to submit digital claims to the PPA portal using Scrypt

Red - Your PPA Integration is not valid. This indicates that the User ID and User key may need updating. To update your User ID and User key, please follow these steps.

Troubleshooting Section for PPA Integration Setup - MedsCheck (Do Not Have Permission to Submit Service Form)

If you encounter an error stating that you do not have permission to submit a MedsCheck, follow these steps:

  1. Verify the PPA Key: Ensure the PPA key is valid and has been generated for the correct account.

  2. Check the Pharmacist Name: Navigate to More > Settings > Scroll down > Pharmacist and confirm that your name is listed correctly.

  3. Check for Multiple PPA Profiles:

    • Ask the pharmacist if they have two different PPA profiles: one linked to the pharmacy and another personal profile.

    • If the PPA key was generated from the personal account instead of the pharmacy account, it may not have the necessary permissions to submit MedsChecks.

    • Regenerate the PPA key from the correct pharmacy account and update the credentials in Scrypt HQ.

  4. Retry Submission: After updating the PPA credentials, attempt to resubmit the form.
