🔗 Linking Customers to Their Active Script List (ASL) via Scrypt Mobile

Scrypt Mobile enables customers to access their ASL directly. Follow these steps to allow a customer to self-register.

🏥 For Pharmacies

✅ What You’ll Need

Before your customer can connect their ASL to the app, ensure:


🧾 Generate ASL Activation Code (Z Software Example)

  1. Open the patient’s profile in Z Dispense

  2. Press F8 to open Patient Details

  3. Ensure the patient is connected to MyHR

  4. Click “Activation Code” to generate the ASL code


📤 Provide the Following to the Patient:

  • Date of Birth (format: DD/MM/YYYY)

  • ASL Activation Code (e.g. ABC-1234)

✅ Success! The patient now has everything required to connect their ASL.

🧾 How to Link Your ASL in Scrypt Mobile

Once you’ve received your activation code from your pharmacy:

  1. Log in to the Scrypt Mobile App

  2. Navigate to the "Script List" Tab

  3. Tap Script List at the bottom of the screen and select “Get Started”

  4. Enter Your Details

    • Input your Date of Birth (e.g. 14/03/1989)

    • Enter the ASL Activation Code (e.g. ABC-1234)

    • Tap Connect


✅ Success!

Your Active Script List (ASL) will now be visible in your app. You can view, track, and manage your current prescriptions easily.


🛠 Troubleshooting

“Patient could not be found.”

  • Double-check that your details match exactly what your pharmacy provided:

    • Correct Date of Birth

    • Correct Activation Code
