When creating a CP you need to choose both a broker and a charterer as seen in the below image.

For repeat business you can request the support team to create a charterer company that can be selectable when typing a charterer name.

But the quickest and easiest solution is to use 'Standalone Charterer' to create the CP.

Once the CP is created, the Charterer field becomes free text and can be changed freely.
