If a last done fixture is not available in Sea/contracts, you will need to create the CP from scratch.

Click ADD CHARTER PARTY (or if clicking the down arrow, click CHARTER PARTY).

Enter the Broker i.e. the creator of the recap/CP.

Enter the Charterer

Select the CP form to be used.

Click CREATE.
