Merge Holdings Wizard

The general purpose to merge different holdings within Section 16 Manager is if there was a duplicate, or secondary holding, created unintentionally that holds transaction information to which is incorrect, and the holdings require a singular column for transactions.

Select Merge Holdings from the menu located in the upper left-hand menu within insider’s Ledger.

Holding Deletion

Although it is not recommended to delete any holding in Section 16 Manager, users do have the ability to do so if required.

Select [delete] located below the holding’s title. Once selected the holding will be removed from the ledger, including all transaction history. If any transactions were associated with any deleted holding they will be orphaned in the ledger and state that they are unallocated.
