Using custom workflows, you can now associate specific assessment templates to different vendor types. This mean more control of the entire evaluation experience from start to finish.

First, take the time to build out assessment templates appropriate for your common vendor types. Set the note and attachment requirements (if any). Predetermine what assessment content is not-applicable (if any).

Next, associate the appropriate templates to custom workflows. Once inside the evaluation, the vendor will be assessed using only the associated templates, ensuring they receive the assessment specifically build for them.

Take a fine brush rather than a broad stroke to vendor assessments.

Example Use Case

Your company has determined that the standard workflow inside S2Vendor doesn't fit your business needs. You struggle with getting vendors to respond quickly and truthfully to the assessment. As a result, you decide to force all vendors to complete a modified, medium assessment with certain sections set to N/A and attachments required for key statements marked True. You associate the modified, medium assessment with the custom workflow. You set the custom workflow as the default. All vendors are now classified and then assessed using this modified assessment template.
